- While I will always work to practice within the accepted guidelines of my profession and specialty, I recognize medicine is a science as well as an art. You, your body, and your needs do not always fit into a tidy diagnosis and treatment plan. I will be able to treat you according to your needs rather than the artificial and restrictive constraints placed on treatment plans by insurance companies and health systems.

Heron Creek DPC will eliminate the barriers between you and your physician in the following ways:

- Visits are scheduled with adequate time needed to address your concerns and provide preventive education. I want you to maintain your best health.
- I will provide a timely response to your concerns.
- The size of the practice will be limited to ensure that a true medical home can be maintained.

Our monthly fee includes all visits.

- In person and virtual appointments
- Timely scheduling convenient for patients due to the small practice size.
- We provide wholesale pricing of medications, tests and labs with a small administrative fee added.
Flexibility of Services Offered
As the practice grows and the needs of our patients become apparent, we will work to provide additional services. This is not set in stone but could eventually run the spectrum of counseling, psychiatric care, physical therapy, or cosmetic and spa services, etc. The intent is to tailor the practice to my patients.
What Heron Creek DPC Is Not
We are not health insurance and should not take the place of health insurance if you have it already.
We are not concierge medicine. Direct patient care seeks to be an affordable option for most patients. Our monthly fee for most families will be less than their cell phone or cable bill. If this form of care for your health is a priority, our monthly pricing is budget friendly.
